If you are new to pole this is the class for you. Our beginner class is an introduction to pole dancing and covers the basics relating to pole tricks and spins.
The aim of this class is to teach you pole fundamentals such as different grips, hand and arm positions to hold onto the pole, leg hooks from the ground and easy dance movements around the pole.
Our instructors will guide you through the process and take great care in ensuring you get the best out of every class as you work towards the goals you have set for yourself.
