Our Elementary level is designed to teach you novel pole positions and incorporate these into a short routine. This is where you will begin to learn basic transitions from Cradle basics, Leg-hook spins (front and back) to Fireman position which is the base move for building the strength you will eventually need to climb up the pole.

This class will also focus on pole sits and full-body engagements to prepare your body for higher levels.

Our instructors will guide you through the process and take great care in ensuring you get the best out of every class as you work towards the goals you have set for yourself.
