Taking the basic knowledge that you have acquired; the Intermediate level is a preparatory class where you will start to build strong foundations and strength in order to Invert.

Inverting (or hanging upside down) is a foundational and transitional move which forms the basis of many of the more advanced tricks in pole dancing.

In this level, we also start to focus on technique and transitional moves which will allow you to start understanding the basis for pole combos and will assist in building the stamina required in later levels.

Our instructors will guide you through the process and take great care in ensuring you get the best out of every class as you work towards the goals you have set for yourself.
