Pre-Advanced has been split into two sub-levels, namely Pre-Advanced 1 and Pre-Advanced 2. This level requires you to be comfortable in both the outside leg hook and inside leg hook as we begin to teach you tricks and transitions which incorporates strength and flexibility (we encourage our students to begin their flexibility journey at the earliest possible level in order to achieve the tricks that we teach in the higher levels).
You will begin to learn how to Shoulder mount in this level and do popular pole tricks such as the Jade Split, Butterfly and other basic pole splits.
These tricks will be incorporated into a routine so that you build stamina and can endure on the pole for a longer period.
Our instructors will guide you through the process and take great care in ensuring you get the best out of every class as you work towards the goals you have set for yourself.
