This class is for those who feel quite familiar with the pole and can perform confidently on and around it, including spins, transitions and floor acrobatics.
Bring your heels, if you have, to get the most out of the class and we recommend to bring knee pads.

Learn a Strip Plastic choreography with Frame up style elements and floor acrobatics. Strip Plastic or Plastica stands for elastic movements and flexible transitions - not necessarily by being physically flexible, but to create an illusion by knowing how to move and position your body throughout the dance.
